Sometimes we simply want to feel understood by someone else, and these social media personalities do just that.  We are sharing these to help everyone feel a little less alone and to share information about various invisible illnesses to make the information more readily available and help others be diagnosed!

The Dysautonomia Community Instagram account shares many videos, information about different aspects of and comorbidities of dysautonomia, and has a shop with some fun items!

Nicole Marie Pedra has so many videos that just make us say "Yes! I totally relate!" Chronic illness, including MS, and so much humor and relatability are her messaging.
